1. القبول بالشروط 1. Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لتطبيق MyNotch، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using MyNotch, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. وصف التطبيق 2. Description of the App

MyNotch تطبيق ماك يحوّل أعلى الشاشة إلى لوحة ودجات تفاعلية بأسلوب Dynamic Island، مع دعم 16 ودجت، شريط نشاط مباشر، إجراءات سحب وإفلات، ملفات تعريف قابلة للتبديل، ودعم متعدد الشاشات. التطبيق مجاني بالكامل ولا يتطلب أي حساب أو اشتراك. MyNotch is a Mac app that transforms the top of your screen into a Dynamic Island-style interactive widget dashboard, with support for 16 widgets, a Live Activity Strip, Drag & Drop actions, switchable Profiles, and Multi-Display support. The app is completely free and requires no account or subscription.

3. التطبيق مقدَّم "كما هو" 3. App Provided "As Is"

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا تضمن iCamel أن التطبيق سيعمل دون انقطاع، ولا أن جميع الميزات ستبقى متاحة مع تحديثات macOS المستقبلية، ولا أن بيانات الطقس من wttr.in ستكون متاحة في جميع الأوقات. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. iCamel does not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted, that all features will remain available with future macOS updates, or that weather data from wttr.in will be available at all times.

4. واجهات Apple الخاصة (MediaRemote) 4. Private Apple APIs (MediaRemote)

يستخدم التطبيق إطار MediaRemote الخاص من Apple لعرض معلومات ما يُشغَّل حاليًا. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك تقبل ما يلي: The app uses Apple's private MediaRemote framework to display now-playing information. By using the app, you acknowledge the following:

• الواجهات الخاصة (Private APIs) قد تتغير أو تُوقَف مع أي تحديث لـ macOS دون إشعار مسبق. Private APIs may change or be removed with any macOS update without prior notice.
• لا تضمن iCamel استمرار عمل ميزة عرض الوسائط الحالية مع إصدارات macOS القادمة. iCamel does not guarantee that the now-playing feature will continue to function with future macOS releases.
• في حال توقف الميزة بسبب تغيير من Apple، سنسعى لإيجاد بديل في أقرب وقت ممكن. Should the feature break due to an Apple change, we will endeavor to find an alternative as soon as possible.

5. بيانات الطقس 5. Weather Data

بيانات الطقس مُقدَّمة من خدمة wttr.in العامة المجانية وخارجة عن سيطرة iCamel. لا تضمن iCamel دقة بيانات الطقس أو توافرها في جميع الأوقات. استخدام خدمة wttr.in يخضع لشروطها الخاصة. Weather data is provided by the free public service wttr.in and is outside iCamel's control. iCamel does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of weather data at all times. Use of wttr.in is subject to their own terms.

6. الأذونات المطلوبة 6. Required Permissions

قد يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية لتوفير كامل وظائفه: The app may request the following permissions to provide its full functionality:

• التقويم: لعرض الأحداث القادمة في شريط النشاط. الوصول للقراءة فقط. Calendar: To display upcoming events in the Activity Strip. Read-only access.
• التذكيرات: لعرض المهام في شريط النشاط. الوصول للقراءة فقط. Reminders: To display todos in the Activity Strip. Read-only access.
• البلوتوث: لعرض أسماء الأجهزة المتصلة ومستوى بطاريتها. Bluetooth: To display connected device names and battery levels.

يمكنك رفض أي من هذه الأذونات أو إلغاؤها في أي وقت من إعدادات الخصوصية في macOS. باقي وظائف التطبيق ستستمر في العمل. You may decline or revoke any of these permissions at any time from macOS Privacy Settings. The rest of the app's functionality will continue to work.

7. الترخيص 7. License

تمنحك iCamel ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Mac التي تمتلكها. لا يحق لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بيعه. iCamel grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Mac devices you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the app.

8. حدود المسؤولية 8. Limitation of Liability

لن تتحمل iCamel المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك أي توقف مرتبط بتغييرات Apple على واجهات النظام أو عدم توافر بيانات الطقس. iCamel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any disruption caused by Apple changes to system APIs or unavailability of weather data.

9. تغييرات على الشروط 9. Changes to Terms

تحتفظ iCamel بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستُعلَن بتحديث هذه الصفحة. iCamel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page.

10. إنهاء الاستخدام 10. Termination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه من جهازك. تحتفظ iCamel بحق إيقاف دعم التطبيق أو إصدار تحديثات له في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. iCamel reserves the right to discontinue support or updates at any time without prior notice.

11. القانون الحاكم 11. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
