1. من نحن 1. Who We Are

2. البيانات التي نجمعها 2. Data We Collect

لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية قابلة للتعريف. التطبيق لا يتطلب حسابًا أو تسجيل دخول، ولا يرسل أي بيانات إلى خوادمنا، ولا يوجد لدينا أي خوادم خارجية تخزن معلوماتك. لا توجد إحصائيات، ولا تقارير أعطال، ولا تتبع من أي نوع. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The app requires no account or sign-in, sends no data to our servers, and we operate no external servers that store your information. There are no analytics, no crash reports, and no tracking of any kind.

3. التقويم والتذكيرات (EventKit) 3. Calendar and Reminders (EventKit)

يطلب التطبيق إذن الوصول إلى التقويم والتذكيرات عبر إطار EventKit لعرض الأحداث القادمة والمهام في شريط النشاط المباشر. يُلاحَظ ما يلي: The app requests access to Calendar and Reminders via EventKit to display upcoming events and todos in the Live Activity Strip. Please note:

• تُقرأ بيانات التقويم والتذكيرات محلياً على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسَل إلى أي خادم خارجي. Calendar and Reminders data is read locally on your device only and is never sent to any external server.
• الوصول للقراءة فقط — لا يُعدَّل أو يُحذَف أي حدث أو تذكير. Access is read-only — no events or reminders are modified or deleted.
• يمكنك إلغاء هذا الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات الخصوصية في macOS دون أن يؤثر ذلك على باقي وظائف التطبيق. You may revoke this permission at any time from macOS Privacy Settings without affecting the rest of the app's functionality.

4. البلوتوث (CoreBluetooth) 4. Bluetooth (CoreBluetooth)

يستخدم التطبيق إطار CoreBluetooth لعرض أسماء الأجهزة المتصلة ومستوى بطاريتها في شريط النشاط. هذه المعلومات تُقرأ محلياً فقط ولا تُرسَل إلى أي خارج الجهاز. The app uses CoreBluetooth to display connected device names and battery levels in the Activity Strip. This information is read locally only and never leaves your device.

5. الوسائط الحالية (MediaRemote) 5. Now Playing Media (MediaRemote)

يستخدم التطبيق إطار MediaRemote الخاص من Apple لقراءة معلومات ما يُشغَّل حاليًا (الأغنية، الفنان، مدة التشغيل) وعرضها في شريط النشاط. هذه البيانات تُعالَج محلياً تمامًا ولا تُرسَل إلى أي خادم. يُلاحَظ أن هذا الإطار خاص بـ Apple وقد يتأثر بتحديثات macOS المستقبلية. The app uses Apple's private MediaRemote framework to read now-playing information (track, artist, playback position) and display it in the Activity Strip. This data is processed entirely locally and is never sent to any server. Note that MediaRemote is a private Apple framework and may be affected by future macOS updates.

6. بيانات الطقس (wttr.in) 6. Weather Data (wttr.in)

يحصل التطبيق على بيانات الطقس عبر الخدمة العامة المجانية wttr.in. عند استخدام ودجت الطقس: The app fetches weather data via the free public service wttr.in. When using the Weather widget:

• يُرسَل استعلام يحتوي على اسم المدينة أو الموقع الذي تحدده أنت إلى wttr.in. لا تُرسَل أي معلومات شخصية. A query containing the city name or location you specify is sent to wttr.in. No personal information is included.
• لا يُرسَل موقع GPS تلقائياً — يُدخِل المستخدم الموقع يدوياً. No GPS location is sent automatically — the user enters the location manually.
• wttr.in خدمة مجانية لا تتطلب مفتاح API. استخدامها يخضع لسياسة خصوصية wttr.in الخاصة. wttr.in is a free service requiring no API key. Its usage is subject to wttr.in's own privacy policy.

7. التخزين المحلي 7. Local Storage

يستخدم التطبيق UserDefaults لتخزين إعداداتك وتفضيلاتك وملفات التعريف محلياً على جهازك. هذه البيانات لا تُرسَل إلى أي خادم خارجي. The app uses UserDefaults to store your settings, preferences, and profiles locally on your device. This data is never sent to any external server.

8. الكوكيز والتتبع 8. Cookies and Tracking

لا يستخدم تطبيق MyNotch أي كوكيز أو بكسلات تتبع أو أدوات تحليلية أو أي تقنية تتبع أخرى. التطبيق ليس له صلاحيات للوصول إلى نشاطك خارج التطبيق. MyNotch does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any other tracking technologies. The app has no access to your activity outside the app.

9. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة 9. Third-Party Data Sharing

لا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نشاركها لأي غرض كان. الاتصال الخارجي الوحيد للتطبيق هو استعلامات الطقس إلى wttr.in كما هو موضح أعلاه. We do not sell or share any data for any purpose. The only external connection the app makes is weather queries to wttr.in as described above.

10. أمان البيانات 10. Data Security

التطبيق محمي بـ App Sandbox من Apple. نظرًا لأننا لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية ولا نمتلك خوادم خارجية، فلا توجد بيانات يمكن اختراقها أو فقدانها من جانبنا. إعداداتك محمية بالتشفير الذي توفره Apple على مستوى الجهاز. The app is protected by Apple's App Sandbox. Since we collect no personal data and operate no external servers, there is no data on our end that can be breached or lost. Your settings are protected by Apple's device-level encryption.

11. حقوق المستخدمين 11. User Rights

بما أننا لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية، لا يوجد ما يمكن طلبه أو حذفه من طرفنا. يمكنك حذف بياناتك المحلية بحذف التطبيق. لأي سؤال، تواصل معنا عبر: Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing to request or delete from our end.
