1. القبول بالشروط 1. Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لتطبيق ExchangeCalSync، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using ExchangeCalSync, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. وصف التطبيق 2. Description of the App

ExchangeCalSync تطبيق ماك يقوم بمزامنة أحادية الاتجاه لأحداث التقويم من خادم Microsoft Exchange (عبر EWS) إلى تقويم Apple. يتطلب الوصول إلى خادم Exchange الخاص بمؤسستك وبيانات اعتماد صالحة. ExchangeCalSync is a Mac app that performs one-way synchronization of calendar events from a Microsoft Exchange server (via EWS) into Apple Calendar. It requires access to your organization's Exchange server and valid credentials.

3. الاستخدام في بيئة العمل 3. Use in a Workplace Environment

أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من أن استخدامك للتطبيق متوافق مع سياسات تقنية المعلومات والأمن في مؤسستك. بعض المؤسسات قد تمنع الوصول إلى EWS أو ربط بيانات الاعتماد بأي تطبيق غير مرخّص داخلياً. لا تتحمل iCamel ولا المطور أي مسؤولية عن انتهاك أي سياسة داخلية. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with your organization's IT and security policies. Some organizations restrict EWS access or prohibit storing credentials in unsanctioned apps. Neither iCamel nor the developer is liable for any violation of internal policies.

4. بيانات الاعتماد والأمان 4. Credentials and Security

أنت مسؤول عن أمان بيانات اعتماد Exchange الخاصة بك. التطبيق يخزّنها محلياً في سلسلة مفاتيح macOS، ولا يرسلها إلى المطور أو iCamel أو أي طرف ثالث. يتصل التطبيق فقط بعنوان الخادم الذي تُدخله أنت. You are responsible for the security of your Exchange credentials. The app stores them locally in macOS Keychain and never transmits them to the developer, iCamel, or any third party. The app only connects to the server URL you provide.

5. التطبيق مقدَّم "كما هو" 5. App Provided "As Is"

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا يضمن المطور ولا iCamel أن التطبيق سيعمل دون انقطاع، أو أن المزامنة ستكتمل دائماً، أو أن جميع الأحداث ستُنقَل بدقة كاملة في كل الحالات. The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Neither the developer nor iCamel warrants that the app will operate uninterrupted, that synchronization will always complete, or that all events will be transferred with complete accuracy in every case.

6. خدمات الطرف الثالث 6. Third-Party Services

يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات Microsoft Exchange و EventKit من Apple. يُلاحَظ ما يلي: The app relies on Microsoft Exchange and Apple's EventKit. Please note:

• المطور و iCamel ليسا تابعين لشركة Microsoft أو Apple أو معتمدَين منهما. The developer and iCamel are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Apple.
• قد يتغيّر سلوك EWS أو يُعاد تكوين خادم Exchange، مما قد يؤثر على عمل التطبيق. EWS behavior may change, or your Exchange server may be reconfigured, which may affect how the app works.
• استخدامك لخدمات Microsoft و Apple يخضع لشروطهما الخاصة. Your use of Microsoft and Apple services is subject to their respective terms.

7. حدود المسؤولية 7. Limitation of Liability

لن يتحمل المطور (Raed AlSaeed) ولا iCamel أي مسؤولية عن أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: فقدان أحداث التقويم، تكرار الأحداث، تعطّل المزامنة، أو أي تبعات تنتج عن استخدام التطبيق في بيئة عمل. Neither the developer (Raed AlSaeed) nor iCamel shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to: lost calendar events, duplicated events, sync failures, or any consequences arising from the use of the app in a workplace environment.

8. الترخيص 8. License

يُمنح المستخدم ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Mac التي يمتلكها. لا يحق للمستخدم نسخ التطبيق، تعديله، إعادة توزيعه، أو بيعه. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Mac devices you own. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or sell the app.

9. التحديثات التلقائية 9. Automatic Updates

يستخدم التطبيق إطار Sparkle للتحقق من التحديثات وتنزيلها من خوادم iCamel. التحديثات موقَّعة رقمياً من المطور ومُعتمَدة من Apple. يمكنك إيقاف التحديثات التلقائية من إعدادات التطبيق في أي وقت. The app uses the Sparkle framework to check for and download updates from iCamel's servers. Updates are digitally signed by the developer and notarized by Apple. You may disable automatic updates from the app's settings at any time.

10. تغييرات على الشروط 10. Changes to Terms

يحتفظ المطور و iCamel بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستُعلَن بتحديث هذه الصفحة بتاريخ "آخر تحديث" جديد. The developer and iCamel reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page with a new "Last updated" date.

11. إنهاء الاستخدام 11. Termination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه. يحتفظ المطور و iCamel بحق إيقاف دعم التطبيق أو إزالته من التوزيع في أي وقت. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. The developer and iCamel reserve the right to discontinue support or remove the app from distribution at any time.

12. القانون الحاكم 12. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
