خلاصة القول: The short version: ExchangeCalSync لا يجمع، لا يرسل، ولا يشارك أي بيانات شخصية. كل ما يفعله التطبيق يحدث محلياً على جهازك فقط، ويتصل مباشرة بخادم Exchange الذي تحدده أنت — لا غير. ExchangeCalSync does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything happens locally on your device, and the app talks only to the Exchange server you specify — nowhere else.

2. لا جمع للبيانات 2. No Data Collection

التطبيق لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يُرسل أي معلومات إلى المطور أو أي طرف ثالث. لا تحليلات، لا تتبع، لا خوادم وسيطة. The app collects no personal data, and sends no information to the developer or any third party. No analytics, no tracking, no intermediary servers.

3. ما يُحفظ محلياً على جهازك 3. What's Stored Locally on Your Mac

  • اسم المستخدم وكلمة مرور Exchange:Exchange username & password: في سلسلة مفاتيح macOS (مشفّرة)، لاستخدامها للمصادقة مع خادم Exchange. in macOS Keychain (encrypted), used to authenticate with your Exchange server.
  • حالة المزامنة وقاعدة بيانات الأحداث:Sync state & event mappings: في قاعدة بيانات SQLite داخل Application Support، لمتابعة الأحداث التي تمت مزامنتها. in a SQLite database inside Application Support, to track which events have been synced.
  • سجلات التطبيق:Application logs: ملفات نصية لتشخيص المشاكل. المعلومات الشخصية تُحذف تلقائياً (PII redacted). text files for debugging. Personally identifiable information is automatically redacted.

4. الاتصال بالشبكة 4. Network Communication

التطبيق يتصل فقط بعنوان خادم Exchange الذي تُدخله أثناء الإعداد. كل الاتصالات تستخدم HTTPS بـ TLS 1.2 أو أحدث. لا يتصل التطبيق بأي خادم آخر، ولا بأي خدمة تحليلات أو تتبع. The app connects only to the Exchange server URL you provide during setup. All connections use HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). It contacts no other servers, no analytics endpoints, no tracking services.

5. الوصول لتقويم Apple 5. Apple Calendar Access

التطبيق يطلب الإذن للوصول إلى تقويم Apple عبر إطار EventKit، لإنشاء وإدارة الأحداث المُزامنة. بيانات التقويم لا تغادر جهازك أبداً. The app requests Apple Calendar access via EventKit to create and manage synced events. Calendar data never leaves your device.

6. سلسلة المفاتيح (Keychain) 6. Keychain Access

بيانات اعتماد Exchange تُخزَّن في سلسلة مفاتيح macOS، المشفّرة والمحمية بكلمة مرور حسابك على الماك. التطبيق لا يعرض، لا يسجّل، ولا يُرسل كلمة المرور أبداً. Your Exchange credentials are stored in macOS Keychain, encrypted and protected by your Mac login password. The app never displays, logs, or transmits your password.

7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات 7. Data Retention

كل البيانات تبقى على جهازك ما دام التطبيق مثبتاً. حذف التطبيق يُزيل كل البيانات المرتبطة به من Application Support. عناصر سلسلة المفاتيح يمكن إزالتها من أداة Keychain Access أو من إعدادات التطبيق. All data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling removes all associated data from Application Support. Keychain items can be removed via Keychain Access or from within the app's settings.

8. الأطفال 8. Children's Privacy

التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون الـ 13 سنة، ولا يجمع عن قصد أي بيانات منهم. The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

9. تغييرات على هذه السياسة 9. Changes to This Policy

إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، ستُنشر النسخة المحدثة على هذا الرابط بتاريخ "آخر تحديث" جديد. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
