1. القبول بالشروط 1. Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لتطبيق BatteryBar، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using BatteryBar, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. وصف التطبيق 2. Description of the App

BatteryBar تطبيق ماك يعرض مستوى بطارية أجهزة iCloud الخاصة بك في شريط القوائم. يتطلب تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple ID للوصول إلى بيانات الأجهزة عبر خدمة Find My من Apple. BatteryBar is a Mac app that displays iCloud device battery levels in your menu bar. It requires signing in with your Apple ID to access device data through Apple's Find My service.

3. حساب iCloud 3. iCloud Account

أنت مسؤول عن أمان حساب Apple ID الخاص بك. يستخدم التطبيق بيانات اعتمادك للاتصال بخوادم Apple مباشرة. لا نخزن بيانات اعتمادك على أي خادم خارجي — تُخزن محلياً فقط في سلسلة مفاتيح macOS. You are responsible for the security of your Apple ID account. The app uses your credentials to connect to Apple's servers directly. We do not store your credentials on any external server — they are stored locally in macOS Keychain only.

4. التطبيق مقدَّم "كما هو" 4. App Provided "As Is"

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا تضمن iCamel أن التطبيق سيعمل دون انقطاع أو أن بيانات الأجهزة ستكون متاحة في جميع الأوقات. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. iCamel does not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted or that device data will be available at all times.

5. خدمات Apple 5. Apple Services

يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات iCloud و Find My من Apple. يُلاحَظ ما يلي: The app relies on Apple's iCloud and Find My services. Please note:

• iCamel ليست تابعة لشركة Apple أو معتمدة منها. iCamel is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
• قد تتغير خدمات Apple أو تتوقف مما قد يؤثر على عمل التطبيق. Apple's services may change or be discontinued, which may affect the app's functionality.
• استخدامك لخدمات iCloud يخضع لشروط Apple: Your use of iCloud services is subject to Apple's terms: apple.com/legal/internet-services/icloud

6. حدود المسؤولية 6. Limitation of Liability

لن تتحمل iCamel المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك أي مشاكل تتعلق بحساب Apple ID الخاص بك. iCamel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any issues related to your Apple ID account.

7. الترخيص 7. License

تمنحك iCamel ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Mac التي تمتلكها. لا يحق لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بيعه. iCamel grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Mac devices you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the app.

8. تغييرات على الشروط 8. Changes to Terms

تحتفظ iCamel بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستُعلَن بتحديث هذه الصفحة. iCamel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page.

9. إنهاء الاستخدام 9. Termination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه وتسجيل الخروج. تحتفظ iCamel بحق إيقاف دعم التطبيق في أي وقت. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and logging out. iCamel reserves the right to discontinue support at any time.

10. القانون الحاكم 10. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
