1. القبول بالشروط 1. Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لتطبيق المكبة (Almakabba)، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using Almakabba, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. وصف التطبيق 2. Description of the App

المكبة تطبيق ماك يعمل من شريط القوائم لالتقاط الأفكار وتسجيلها بسرعة، مع دعم التسجيل الصوتي والتعرف على الكلام ومزامنة iCloud عبر أجهزة Mac وiPhone وiPad. التطبيق مجاني بالكامل ولا يتطلب أي حساب أو اشتراك. Almakabba is a Mac menu bar app for quickly capturing and recording ideas, with support for voice recording, speech recognition, and iCloud sync across Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The app is completely free and requires no account or subscription.

3. التطبيق مقدَّم "كما هو" 3. App Provided "As Is"

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا تضمن iCamel أن التطبيق سيعمل دون انقطاع أو أن مزامنة iCloud ستكون متاحة في جميع الأوقات، إذ تعتمد المزامنة على خدمات Apple. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. iCamel does not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted or that iCloud sync will be available at all times, as sync depends on Apple's services.

4. ملكية المحتوى 4. Content Ownership

أنت المالك الكامل لأفكارك ومحتواك المُسجَّل في التطبيق. لا تدّعي iCamel أي حق في المحتوى الذي تُنشئه باستخدام المكبة. يُلاحَظ ما يلي: You are the sole owner of your ideas and content recorded in the app. iCamel makes no claim over any content you create using Almakabba. Please note:

• بياناتك مخزَّنة محلياً على جهازك وفي iCloud الخاص بك، ولا نملك نحن أي وصول إليها. Your data is stored locally on your device and in your own iCloud, and we have no access to it.
• مزامنة iCloud تخضع لشروط خدمة Apple وسياسة خصوصيتها. iCloud sync is subject to Apple's terms of service and privacy policy.
• أنت مسؤول عن النسخ الاحتياطية الخاصة بمحتواك إذا اخترت عدم استخدام iCloud. You are responsible for backing up your own content if you choose not to use iCloud.

5. الأذونات المطلوبة 5. Required Permissions

قد يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية لتوفير كامل وظائفه: The app may request the following permissions to provide its full functionality:

• الميكروفون: لتسجيل الأفكار الصوتية. يمكنك رفض هذا الإذن؛ ستستمر باقي الوظائف في العمل. Microphone: To record voice ideas. You may decline this permission; all other functionality will continue to work.
• iCloud: للمزامنة عبر أجهزتك. يمكنك تعطيلها من إعدادات iCloud في النظام. iCloud: To sync across your devices. You may disable this from System iCloud settings.

6. حدود المسؤولية 6. Limitation of Liability

لن تتحمل iCamel المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك أي فقدان للبيانات أو انقطاع في مزامنة iCloud. iCamel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any data loss or iCloud sync interruption.

7. الترخيص 7. License

تمنحك iCamel ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Mac وiPhone وiPad التي تمتلكها. لا يحق لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بيعه. iCamel grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the app.

8. تغييرات على الشروط 8. Changes to Terms

تحتفظ iCamel بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستُعلَن بتحديث هذه الصفحة. iCamel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page.

9. إنهاء الاستخدام 9. Termination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه من جهازك. تحتفظ iCamel بحق إيقاف دعم التطبيق أو إصدار تحديثات له في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. iCamel reserves the right to discontinue support or updates at any time without prior notice.

10. القانون الحاكم 10. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
