2. البيانات التي نجمعها 2. Data We Collect

لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية قابلة للتعريف. التطبيق لا يتطلب حسابًا أو تسجيل دخول، ولا يتصل بأي خوادم خارجية، ولا يرسل أي بيانات إلى أطراف ثالثة. لا توجد إحصائيات، ولا تقارير أعطال، ولا تتبع من أي نوع. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The app requires no account or sign-in, connects to no external servers, and sends no data to third parties. There are no analytics, no crash reports, and no tracking of any kind.

3. التخزين المحلي 3. Local Storage

يستخدم التطبيق SwiftData لتخزين أفكارك محلياً على جهازك. هذه البيانات لا تُرسَل إلى أي خادم خارجي وتبقى على جهازك وحده، ما لم يكن iCloud مفعَّلاً فتُزامَن عبر حسابك الشخصي في iCloud. The app uses SwiftData to store your ideas locally on your device. This data is never sent to any external server and remains on your device alone, unless iCloud is enabled, in which case it syncs through your personal iCloud account.

4. مزامنة iCloud 4. iCloud Sync

يوفر التطبيق إمكانية المزامنة عبر iCloud (CloudKit) بين أجهزة Mac وiPhone وiPad المرتبطة بحساب Apple ID نفسه. عند تفعيل هذه الميزة: The app offers iCloud sync (CloudKit) across Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices linked to the same Apple ID. When this feature is enabled:

• تُخزَّن أفكارك في حاوية iCloud الخاصة بك (iCloud.sa.ya.almakabba) وتتحكم فيها أنت فقط. Your ideas are stored in your personal iCloud container (iCloud.sa.ya.almakabba) and are controlled solely by you.
• تتولى Apple تشفير البيانات وتخزينها وفقاً لسياسة خصوصية Apple. نحن لا نملك أي وصول إلى بياناتك في iCloud. Apple handles encryption and storage in accordance with Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to your iCloud data whatsoever.
• المزامنة اختيارية تماماً ويمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات iCloud في جهازك. Sync is entirely optional and can be disabled from your device's iCloud settings.

5. الميكروفون والتسجيل الصوتي 5. Microphone and Voice Recording

يطلب التطبيق إذن الوصول إلى الميكروفون لتسجيل الأفكار الصوتية. يُلاحَظ ما يلي: The app requests microphone access to record voice ideas. Please note:

• التسجيلات الصوتية تبقى على جهازك وفي iCloud الخاص بك فقط، ولا تُرسَل إلى أي خادم خارجي. Voice recordings remain on your device and in your own iCloud only, and are never sent to any external server.
• الميكروفون يُستخدَم حصراً عند تفعيلك للتسجيل داخل التطبيق، ولا يعمل في الخلفية. The microphone is used exclusively when you initiate recording within the app and does not operate in the background.
• يمكنك إلغاء إذن الميكروفون في أي وقت من إعدادات النظام دون أن يؤثر ذلك على باقي وظائف التطبيق. You may revoke microphone access at any time from System Settings without affecting the rest of the app's functionality.

6. التعرف على الكلام 6. Speech Recognition

يستخدم التطبيق ميزة التعرف على الكلام لتحويل التسجيلات الصوتية إلى نص. تُنفَّذ هذه العملية بالكامل على الجهاز (on-device) دون إرسال أي صوت إلى خوادم خارجية. لا يُستخدَم أي خدمة تعرف على كلام من طرف ثالث. The app uses speech recognition to convert voice recordings to text. This processing is performed entirely on-device with no audio sent to external servers. No third-party speech recognition service is used.

7. الكوكيز والتتبع 7. Cookies and Tracking

لا يستخدم تطبيق المكبة أي كوكيز أو بكسلات تتبع أو أدوات تحليلية أو أي تقنية تتبع أخرى. التطبيق ليس له صلاحيات للوصول إلى نشاطك خارج التطبيق. Almakabba does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any other tracking technologies. The app has no access to your activity outside the app.

8. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة 8. Third-Party Data Sharing

لا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نشاركها لأي غرض كان. التطبيق لا يتصل بأي خدمات خارجية باستثناء iCloud من Apple، والذي يخضع لسياسة خصوصية Apple الخاصة. We do not sell or share any data for any purpose. The app connects to no external services except Apple's iCloud, which is subject to Apple's own privacy policy.

9. أمان البيانات 9. Data Security

التطبيق محمي بـ App Sandbox من Apple. نظرًا لأننا لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية ولا نمتلك خوادم خارجية، فلا توجد بيانات يمكن اختراقها أو فقدانها من جانبنا. أفكارك محمية بالتشفير الذي توفره Apple على مستوى الجهاز وiCloud. The app is protected by Apple's App Sandbox. Since we collect no personal data and operate no external servers, there is no data on our end that can be breached or lost. Your ideas are protected by Apple's device-level and iCloud encryption.

10. حقوق المستخدمين 10. User Rights

بما أننا لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية، لا يوجد ما يمكن طلبه أو حذفه من طرفنا. يمكنك حذف بياناتك المحلية بحذف التطبيق، وحذف بيانات iCloud من إعدادات iCloud في حسابك. لأي سؤال، تواصل معنا عبر: Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing to request or delete from our end.
