2. البيانات التي نجمعها 2. Data We Collect

لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية. التطبيق لا يتطلب حسابًا أو تسجيل دخول أو اتصالاً بالإنترنت. We do not collect any personal data. The app does not require an account, sign-in, or internet connection.

3. تخزين الملاحظات 3. Note Storage

جميع ملاحظاتك تُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك في مجلد التطبيق. لا يتم إرسالها أو مزامنتها مع أي خادم خارجي. أنت المالك الوحيد لبياناتك. All your notes are stored locally on your device in the app's folder. They are never sent to or synced with any external server. You are the sole owner of your data.

4. ميزة التقاط النص (OCR) 4. Screen Text Capture (OCR)

تتم معالجة التقاط النص من الشاشة بالكامل على جهازك باستخدام إمكانيات macOS الأصلية (Vision framework). لا يُرسَل أي محتوى من الشاشة إلى خوادم خارجية. Screen text capture is processed entirely on your device using native macOS capabilities (Vision framework). No screen content is sent to external servers.

5. الكوكيز والتتبع 5. Cookies and Tracking

لا يستخدم Nassakh أي كوكيز أو تحليلات أو تقنيات تتبع. التطبيق لا يتصل بالإنترنت إطلاقاً أثناء الاستخدام العادي. Nassakh does not use any cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies. The app makes no internet connections during normal use.

6. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة 6. Third-Party Data Sharing

لا نشارك أي بيانات مع أي طرف ثالث لأنه لا توجد بيانات لمشاركتها أصلاً. We do not share any data with any third party because there is no data to share in the first place.

7. أمان البيانات 7. Data Security

ملاحظاتك محمية بنظام أمان macOS. لا نخزّن أي بيانات خارج جهازك، لذا لا توجد بيانات يمكن اختراقها عن بُعد. Your notes are protected by macOS security. We store no data outside your device, so there is no data that can be remotely breached.

8. حقوق المستخدمين 8. User Rights

بما أن بياناتك محلية بالكامل، فأنت تملك السيطرة الكاملة عليها. يمكنك حذف ملاحظاتك أو تصديرها في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. Since your data is entirely local, you have full control over it. You can delete or export your notes at any time from within the app.

9. تحديثات هذه السياسة 9. Policy Updates

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستُنشر على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث التاريخ. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
