1. القبول بالشروط 1. Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لتطبيق MacNewsTV، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using MacNewsTV, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. وصف التطبيق 2. Description of the App

MacNewsTV تطبيق ماك يُتيح مشاهدة بث مباشر لقنوات إخبارية عبر YouTube. التطبيق مجاني بالكامل ولا يتطلب أي اشتراك أو حساب. MacNewsTV is a Mac app that allows watching live news channel streams via YouTube. The app is completely free and requires no subscription or account.

3. التطبيق مقدَّم "كما هو" 3. App Provided "As Is"

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا تضمن iCamel أن التطبيق سيعمل دون انقطاع أو أن القنوات ستكون متاحة في جميع الأوقات. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. iCamel does not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted or that channels will be available at all times.

4. المحتوى وYouTube 4. Content and YouTube

يعمل التطبيق بعرض بث مباشر متاح للعموم على YouTube. يُلاحَظ ما يلي: The app works by displaying publicly available live streams on YouTube. Please note:

• المحتوى مملوك للقنوات الإخبارية وYouTube؛ لا تملك iCamel أي حقوق عليه. Content is owned by the news channels and YouTube; iCamel holds no rights to it.
• iCamel ليست تابعة لـ YouTube أو Google أو أي من القنوات الإخبارية في التطبيق. iCamel is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, or any of the news channels in the app.
• استخدامك للمحتوى يخضع لشروط خدمة YouTube: youtube.com/t/terms Your use of the content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service: youtube.com/t/terms
• أنت المسؤول عن ضمان امتثال استخدامك للتطبيق للقوانين المعمول بها في بلدك. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws in your country.

5. توفر القنوات 5. Channel Availability

قد تتغير توافر القنوات دون إشعار مسبق بسبب قرارات القنوات أو YouTube أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. لا تتحمل iCamel أي مسؤولية عن عدم توفر قناة بعينها. Channel availability may change without prior notice due to decisions by channels, YouTube, or circumstances beyond our control. iCamel bears no responsibility for the unavailability of any channel.

6. حدود المسؤولية 6. Limitation of Liability

لن تتحمل iCamel المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام التطبيق. iCamel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

7. الترخيص 7. License

تمنحك iCamel ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Mac التي تمتلكها. لا يحق لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بيعه. iCamel grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Mac devices you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the app.

8. تغييرات على الشروط 8. Changes to Terms

تحتفظ iCamel بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستُعلَن بتحديث هذه الصفحة. iCamel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page.

9. إنهاء الاستخدام 9. Termination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه من جهازك. تحتفظ iCamel بحق إيقاف دعم التطبيق أو إصدار تحديثات له في أي وقت. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. iCamel reserves the right to discontinue support or updates at any time.

10. القانون الحاكم 10. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
