1. القبول بالشروط 1. Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لتطبيق Bookmark Hub، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using Bookmark Hub, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. وصف التطبيق 2. Description of the App

Bookmark Hub تطبيق ماك يجمع مفضلاتك من تويتر وإنستغرام وواتساب في واجهة واحدة قابلة للبحث. يتيح لك المزامنة والبحث وإضافة ملاحظات والتصدير. التطبيق مجاني ويُخزّن كل شيء محلياً على جهازك. Bookmark Hub is a macOS app that aggregates your bookmarks from Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp into one searchable interface. It supports sync, search, notes, and export. The app is free and stores everything locally on your device.

3. التطبيق مقدَّم "كما هو" 3. App Provided "As Is"

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا تضمن iCamel توفر خدمات المنصات الخارجية (تويتر، إنستغرام، واتساب) أو توافق التطبيق مع جميع إصدارات macOS المستقبلية. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. iCamel does not guarantee availability of third-party platform services (Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp) or compatibility with all future macOS versions.

4. بياناتك ومسؤوليتك 4. Your Data and Responsibility

مفضلاتك تُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك فقط. أنت المسؤول عن: Your bookmarks are stored locally on your device only. You are responsible for:

• إنشاء نسخ احتياطية من مفضلاتك إذا كانت مهمة. Backing up your bookmarks if they are important.
• أمان حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي التي تربطها بالتطبيق. The security of the social media accounts you connect to the app.

لا تتحمل iCamel أي مسؤولية عن فقدان المفضلات بسبب حذف التطبيق أو أعطال الجهاز أو تغييرات في المنصات الخارجية. iCamel is not responsible for loss of bookmarks due to app deletion, device failure, or changes in third-party platforms.

5. حدود المسؤولية 5. Limitation of Liability

لن تتحمل iCamel المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات أو تعطل خدمات المنصات الخارجية. iCamel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including data loss or third-party platform service disruptions.

6. الترخيص 6. License

تمنحك iCamel ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Mac التي تمتلكها. لا يحق لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بيعه. iCamel grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Mac devices you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the app.

7. تغييرات على الشروط 7. Changes to Terms

تحتفظ iCamel بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستُعلَن بتحديث هذه الصفحة. iCamel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page.

8. القانون الحاكم 8. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
