1. القبول بالشروط 1. Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لتطبيق علمني (3lmny)، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using 3lmny, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. وصف التطبيق 2. Description of the App

علمني تطبيق ماك يعرض إعلانات الشركات وأخبار السوق من البورصة السعودية (saudiexchange.sa) مع إشعارات فورية عبر نظام macOS. التطبيق مجاني بالكامل ولا يتطلب أي اشتراك أو حساب. 3lmny is a Mac app that displays company disclosures and market news from the Saudi Exchange (saudiexchange.sa) with instant macOS notifications. The app is completely free and requires no subscription or account.

3. التطبيق مقدَّم "كما هو" 3. App Provided "As Is"

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا تضمن iCamel أن التطبيق سيعمل دون انقطاع أو أن بيانات البورصة ستكون متاحة في جميع الأوقات. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. iCamel does not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted or that exchange data will be available at all times.

4. المحتوى والبيانات 4. Content and Data

يعمل التطبيق بعرض بيانات متاحة للعموم من موقع البورصة السعودية. يُلاحَظ ما يلي: The app works by displaying publicly available data from the Saudi Exchange website. Please note:

• المحتوى مملوك للبورصة السعودية والشركات المُدرَجة؛ لا تملك iCamel أي حقوق عليه. Content is owned by the Saudi Exchange and listed companies; iCamel holds no rights to it.
• iCamel ليست تابعة للبورصة السعودية أو هيئة السوق المالية أو أي من الشركات المُدرَجة. iCamel is not affiliated with the Saudi Exchange, the Capital Market Authority, or any listed company.
• البيانات المعروضة للإطلاع العام فقط وليست نصيحة استثمارية. أنت مسؤول عن قراراتك الاستثمارية. Data displayed is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. You are responsible for your investment decisions.
• أنت المسؤول عن ضمان امتثال استخدامك للتطبيق للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. توفر البيانات 5. Data Availability

قد تتأثر توافر البيانات دون إشعار مسبق بسبب قرارات البورصة السعودية أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. لا تتحمل iCamel أي مسؤولية عن انقطاع الخدمة أو تأخر الإعلانات. Data availability may be affected without prior notice due to decisions by the Saudi Exchange or circumstances beyond our control. iCamel bears no responsibility for service interruptions or delayed announcements.

6. حدود المسؤولية 6. Limitation of Liability

لن تتحمل iCamel المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك أي قرارات استثمارية بناءً على البيانات المعروضة. iCamel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any investment decisions made based on displayed data.

7. الترخيص 7. License

تمنحك iCamel ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Mac التي تمتلكها. لا يحق لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بيعه. iCamel grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Mac devices you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the app.

8. تغييرات على الشروط 8. Changes to Terms

تحتفظ iCamel بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستُعلَن بتحديث هذه الصفحة. iCamel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page.

9. إنهاء الاستخدام 9. Termination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه من جهازك. تحتفظ iCamel بحق إيقاف دعم التطبيق أو إصدار تحديثات له في أي وقت. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. iCamel reserves the right to discontinue support or updates at any time.

10. القانون الحاكم 10. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
