For each person, tell Wisal how often you want to reach out: every week, every month, every few months. Wisal tracks your last contact and sends you a warm, gentle nudge when the time comes. No guilt. No pressure. Just a quiet reminder that someone you care about is waiting to hear from you.

**Voice logging — talk, don't type**
